While it's true that life has its share of challenges, one of the best ways to find the light in every day is to connect to one another. Sharing, listening, and identifying with one another helps us grow those connections through empathy. Empathy is something innate that lives in all of us, but its also something that can be grown and cultivated in schools, offices, homes, and anywhere we connect with one another.
