Without knowing it, we complain, we nitpick, we stress about little faults; we see the bad in people and situations. Changing that doesn't happen immediately. However, you can change a little at a time. Start with a small gratitude session, and really be thankful. Really feel the happiness that something or someone is in your life." (82514 reads)
