Two stamps put on two envelopes transformed history.” The stamp honoring the former US Congressman, who represented Georgia’s 5th District for 33 years, was unveiled by former postmaster general Ronald Stroman in front of a distinguished audience at the Martin Luther King Jr. International Chapel at Morehouse College.
