Daily tasks are recorded in notebooks tracking progress and ensuring accountability. When professional skills are needed, local workers join voluntarily or for minimal pay supported by student contributions. WhatsApp groups coordinate schedules while word-of-mouth spreads information where internet remains unreliable.
