He's written a book called Our Subway Baby, but it's not fiction. Danny Stewart did find a newborn baby abandoned in a subway station 20 years ago, and that has changed three lives. Through an innovative family court program, and after much discussion, Danny and partner Pete Mercurio adopted the baby in 2002. Kevin, who has always known his story, is now 20 and in college. Their story came full circle when, in 2011, at Kevin's prompt, his parents were married by the same judge who had presided over the adoption.
