Beloved British actor Michael Sheen invests in causes that mean a lot to him. In his latest film, Last Train to Christmas, he plays a character traveling through time and in an interview, he reflected on how he has effectively become a 'social enterprise, a not-for-profit actor." A turning point was a 72- hour National Theater production in his hometown, Port Talbot, Wales, in 2011. He met people and groups that made huge differences to kids' lives, but realized they often faded because of lack of funding. Then, he had to unexpectedly bankroll the Homeless World Cup in Cardiff in 2019. "It was scary and incredibly stressful.....But when I came out the other side I realized I could do this kind of thing and, if I can keep earning money it's not going to ruin me."
