Ukranian mother, Yulia Pisetskaya, did the hardest thing a mother could do -- send her 11-year-old son, Hassan, to safety while she stayed behind to take care of her mother, who can't move on her own. With a plastic bag, passport and telephone number written on his hand, he arrived in Slovakia this week. "I am very grateful that they saved the life of my child," Yulia said. She thanked the customs guards and volunteers who took care of her son and made sure he crossed the border safely. "In your small country, there are people with big hearts," she said.
