I cried a lot watching this video. It inspired me to be more present to whatâ€™s around me and to be courageous as much as i can in difficult moments. I like the syncronicities.

I have felt the pain of separation when my dog "Bruno" was lost. We are still searching for him. I have felt the hurt when a good tree was axed for a very selfish reason. And now the pain is growing as I watch the larger community so disconnected with the need of animals in our life. On the other hand just today I watched as two persons in my community reached out to the needs of a poor man from the community and purchased a pair of sandals for him. Also I watched with pleasure as a small child in my community play with a kitten so spontaneously with so much love!

I think one exhortation here that moved me is "to bow to service"..and this once accomplished in the heart, will result in careful, tender, thoughtful love and community with our whole world.
