A Wonderful Place to Be: A Circle with 8-year-old Poet Afton Wilder

We're delighted to invite you to a special 60-minute circle with Afton
Wilder next Sunday!
Join prodigious poet Afton and her buddy Mark as we co-create "A Wonderful Place to Be" — an informal and interactive Circle for aspiring artists of all stripes and sizes (in other words, YOU). Following readings from Afton and a conversation regarding her creative process, attendees will be invited to pose their own questions to the budding artist and (drum roll) possibly share a short poem or piece of artwork of their own.
About Afton:
Afton is 8 years old and lives in Redding, California with her younger brother and sister and mom and dad. She loves to be creative--whether it’s writing poems, drawing, composing songs, writing stories, dancing, or playing violin and piano.
