I found this article confusing and focusing more on 'mania' then anything else. Happiness is a personal thing and most times cannot be 'measured'. I find studies like this (in my personal opinion) to be a waste of time. Any study can be made to say whatever you wish it to say, depending on the outcome you are looking for. I do agree that to feel 'too much' happiness takes one out of balance. I am more interested in balance, not just 'happiness'.
