Fifteen years ago I wrote an 8-step process called "8 to Great." We taught it to adults who said they wanted to teach it to their children and students. Now in hundreds of schools, we have proven this article true. Adults must be using an SEL process before they can successfully teach it.

The people in the relatively small study group took between 18 and 254 days. Even if you take an average for them, it does not give you an average for people generally. Sorry if I sound picky. Misquoting Aristotle rattled me a bit as it undermines the integrity of that which follows. It's a good article, but do read the original study.
