Had to chuckle with the little slip of the words "wildly" and "widely". 😜 (The email I received used the word "wildly".)
I've witnessed many (both widely and wildly) successful people in my lifetime. Many (most?) seemed to have (wildly again) egocentric, narcissist personalities?! I tend to see success as in the realm of altruism and other-centeredness, as opposed to wealth, fame and fortune.
I am not "famous" or "rich", but my friends and family attest to me being "a true original" in both a quirky and loving sense -- rich in relationships, but poor in wealth. I do admit though I enjoy seeing the fruits of Musk and others at work in positive ways in the world. But creativity and originality doesn't necessarily have to result in material accomplishments.
As for me, I happily remain an anonemoose monk. };-)
