I regularly employ many of the "happiness activities"and I am generally a happy person. The one thing that threatens my happiness is my tendency to worry. I started to realize that I focused on one primary worry at a time, when it was resolved favorably I just replace it with another. I recognized that there was no point to any favorable outcome if the problem was within me. I developed strategies to actively fighting this tendency and I have truly increased my happiness!
