That's a cop out. Racism serves no purpose in modern society (it may have in early humans as a survival instinct, but it's usefulness has been lost).
"Sizism", or the encouragement of people to not eat themselves into an unhealthy, obese burden on the healthcare system is a perfectly valid reaction by people who do make the effort to stay in shape. The same can be said for the anti-smoking backlash of recent years.
Nobody is born with these conditions. They are acquired with years of bad habits, and, despite the "victims' " claims to the contrary, can and should be fixed. Healthcare should be for the treatment of naturally occurring illnesses and emergency treatment, and encouraging people to not neglect their own bodies is for everybody's good.
