It is merely an example to all that what we first perceive to be true, may not be the case at all. And a reminder that everyone has issues and pressures in their life that we don't know about. Be kind to everyone you see. This story being published makes sense to me and the reminder is welcomed.
I agree.
This story contained many actions that we should avoid including following someone who just threw coffee on us. The outcome had a high likelihood of being violent. The outcome was a crap shoot and not worth the risk.
