some people can go unnoticed when they actually put passion into there work . in reality most do not have the drive or passion and simply motivated for the financial gain , whether they get noticed or not .

This video really helped me understand what truly motivates people. I liked how it showed that autonomy, mastery and purpose are more effective than just money or rewards. The illustrations made it easy to see how intrinsic motivation can improve focus and performance. I plan to apply these ideas by breaking assignments into smaller steps, creating clear goals, using reminders and focused work sessions. Focusing on why tasks matter will help me stay motivated and overcome procrastination.

Great video. Visually stimulating. He talked about the difference between extrinsic and intrinsic motivators in context to corporations. I found it interesting that people that engaged in their normal jobs did more when they had more autonomy especially when it was free.

There were a whole lot of information in this video, the illustrations and the information was great. It helped me to focus. I like how he brought it to modern day and used the people who we deal with and can relate to.
