The difference it made in the prisoners lives! Yes! I spent 16 years inside - going in as a 15 year old juvenile. Wish this had been available for me! Would love to take this inside America's prisons where it is not already available. I am a Vipassana practitioner and understand its changing effects on mind and soul. It is the best way to change mind against negative emotions and therefore best for reformation of jail inmates or any revengeful mind.
