Hope Bevilhymer: Limbs of Hope
Compassion, courage and a strong heart have guided the young life of Hope Bevilhymer to places that are extraordinary. Born with a club foot, Hope decided at a young age to have it amputated, convinced that a prosthetic would ultimately give her more mobility and less pain. She has never regreted that step. Wishing to share her good fortune, she founded the Limbs of Hope Foundation, which collects used prosthetics in the United States and donates them to developing countries around the world.
