You personally have to be the change that you want. There will always be corrupt individuals and that's why some people need more protection then others. I doubt the gun laws be enforced. I don't own a gun but considering some of the nuts in this world maybe I should own one. Change starts in you. Yes! There is different ways to get there but ultimately it has to be the right time, and you have to want to. Maybe if there were more mentors and positive people involved in people lives then there would be better results. Today we are not only split up by communities, but by families. Less communication and encouragement in places where it may be needed.
