Thank you so much for this post! And for the link. I found it extremely helpful, and quite a helpful tool along with the content above. An interesting point that the author of the first post made:
"When you die, what will you want people to say to you?"
1. Here lies Tom, who strived every ounce to be happy.
OR
2. Here lies Tom, who strived with every ounce of him to be a good father, friend, brother, and tried to make a better place.
I, like Tom, choose the latter. I believe it is more fulfilling.
Wow, this is a great post about happiness, and I truly needed it. I feel like I've been going around circles trying to be happy, when really, it didn't need that much attention in my life.
