What is missing in this ' study' is reality. The world is controlled by antihuman psychopaths and they get their power by controlling organizations. Organization centralizes power and wealth and tptb control that centralized power. Every organization given time will exist mainly to perpetuate the organization and benefit those at the top. That is the nature of organization. If power was gained and held by those who are concerned for humanity we wouldn't be on the verge of total enslavement and extinction. All the significant organizations are controlled by tptb. Members of these organizations are mind controlled fools. Organization and freedom are mutually exclusive. The oldest form of socialization is the social insects who are so specialized the individual can't exist outside the organization. Humans are at that point. It's called devolution. Organization is devolution of the individual. Evolution of the individual is toward the sovereign individual. This so called study is total bs.
