How easily our bizarre, detached way of living lets us give no thought whatsoever to the most basic thing.
We humans kid ourselves into believing we are the only life that really matters on this earth, but eliminate all plants, and we can survive at all!! (And, sadly, some might quickly answer: but I don't eat plants, I can live on meat. Ahh, the ignorance is staggering.)
