It is indeed a beautiful talk, but there is also an irony here related to the Chickasaw quote used as prologue. Native American wisdom holds that all Creation is sacred, including the land (Mother Earth). However, that same wisdom knows than man cannot build anything truly "sacred". "Thin places" are all around us, anywhere has the potential for holiness if we are open (surrendered and submitted) to it. Mitakuye oyasin, Beannachtai, Creator ahéhee.

Beautiful and simply stated, "P"... For me, the reason we are all here is to help one another. Period. I was guided by one of the most powerful people in my life when she said that every day I should do one nice thing for someone else - and if possible, do it anonymously. Every day since, I've tried to follow her guidance. It changes our world.
