And for all the sadness and sleepless nights, it turns out there is joy." As someone with episodes of depression and at times nearly crippling self doubt, the above words ring deeply true... even in the depths of my own depression there is always a glimmer of light and hope and yes, joy in still being alive and being strong enough to push through to another day.
