Children and teens have a ton of wisdom, let's listen more. We saw this in the US March 24th with the March for our Lives, youth speaking with eloquence far greater than many adults. Let us listen. <3

Technology is a tool like science. both are helping us see aspects of life that are as"new" to our species. The tension seems to arise from the conflict that arises between the new and the old thinking, the thinking that created the systems that now seem "in charge" of most humans. The core ideology of hierarchy creates the animosity that gets packaged in all sorts of simplistic delusions that were perceived as real. The gender, race, class stuff that supported the top tiers of old civilizations prevails in the wealth power grow big and conquer rhetoric of business that has powered up the slavish attachment our kind has to money. That creative tool has manipulative abstracts that is eating the world. The monsters we have designed in the image of our fear filled selves seems to have mesmerised the world!

It is exciting, Mike. And there is much possibility then there ever was. But try not to forget about the benefits of good old fashioned hard work... you are reaping the rewards we (the pioneers) had sowed for you many, many years ago.... (read my mother's stories if you need a reminder) so do us proud. We are your ancestors, after all.
