As a recovering anorectic, I really resonated with Rachael's story. I feel fortunate that the tools of healing inner narrative through the storytelling world's body of work has put me on a current path of sharing tools with others on how to reframe their narrative and thus see themselves as whole and worthy no matter what body size. It looks red because of the way the Sun's rays reflect off the particles in Mars' atmosphere, like it does here on Earth making our planet look blue. You don't always see it because of the vantage point the image is taken in.
