My youngest son committed suicide 2 years ago at the age of 30. Thank you for this as I've had a tendency to "stuff" feelings....mostly out of caution for the sake of those around me. I really appreciate the suggestions of and the active participation of the author in her own healing. Very meaningful example. Thank you!
