Thank you Sarah for your work. Here's to releasing old contracts and stepping into joy! Grateful for lived experience with this myself. I grew up in a very traumatic environment, my father a,Vietnam veteran suffered with severe clinical depression and PTSD at a time folks didn't really understand how to help men like my dad. Understandablely, he was in a lot of mental & emotional pain. He chose 5 suicide attempts to numb the pain and died when I was 22. My role in this family of origin was to take care of everyone: mom, dad, brother who had turned to addiction (29 year sober this year)🙏.
While I expressed joy in certain ways it took to my early 40s to fully step in and let go. I'm forever grateful!
If you're holding onto contracts that no longer serve, I hope you get to let go too.
