This is a fantastic article. It reminds me of something I learned over 40 years ago when I was studying to be a preschool teacher. One does not ask a preschooler: “Oh is that an airplane you are drawing?” Instead, we offer this comment: “Can you tell me about your picture”. This represents the concept that PROCESS is what we are allowing instead of wanting the result of a PRODUCT. As I reach into my elder years, I have observed that my life has been a series of processes over time and see that our culture is one that honors and wants us to be product oriented. I’m glad I have been able to shake that off my life’s path as I pause and reflect on my life’s purpose…….
