Here's to the many ways we are interconnected and the many ways we show kindness and altruism. I appreciate hearing layers of research as well to back this up. This might help in the current climate here in the US where empathy is being politicized as a weakness. When in fact altruism empathy and helping others is a massive strength and allows us to survive.
