Wow, thank you for bringing Rogers and interpersonal conflict into the light. Your first paragraph awakens me. Sometimes, fear of solitude, and my longing for accompaniment has led me to forget the abyss--to fear it, and therefore to lose the opportunity for mutual understanding. It's always a good idea to listen inwardly as we listen to others. In this way, I notice judgement, criticism and blame more quickly. And train myself to let it go and simply listen. Thank you.
