Thank you for reminding us that small actions can build our inner resolve. My current small action is daily watching, meditating with with Monks Walk for Peace. I then meditate at least 2 more times throughout the day and then I take an additional action: that might include taking neighbor or Urgent Care, then caring for her cat while she was in hospital. It might be checking in on family members or writing a thank you card to someone who has positively impacted me. The Monks Walk and Bhikkhu Pannakara's daily speeches have reignited a deeper meditation of present moment. It has helped so much to clear my mind more so I can live at more ease in these turbulent times.
