Hello Claudia, thank you so much for sharing your story. it rippled all the way to France, brought both smiles and tears to my eyes and my heart.
I lived in the Bay area before and during covid, worked in Tech there, I recognize this commute you describe, and had my share of bumps on the road with both amazing and toxic work behaviors and burn outs. Still healing here, and on the path of learning that I am enough, learning to love myself and to love life whatever it sends me.
The Santa Clara awakin circle, has been and is still a blessing.

Philippe, thank you so much for sharing your reflections, I'm genuinely moved it rippled all the way to France. What a kindred spirit you sound like. Sounds like the Bay Area (and tech) leaves its mark on all of us who've passed through. Wishing you continued gentleness on your path of learning that you are enough- that's a lifelong practice (one im also still working on), and it sounds like you're doing it beautifully.
