Having been invited to collaborate on literacy projects in Belize and Ghana With the local people and spending a huge percentage of that time listening, learning from the local population what was needed, co-creating together utilizing cultural appropriate materials and then offering training so it was sustainable and then bringing the project back home to the US further adapting the specific needs here, 100% agree!
