True, i am myself trying to slow down. If i look back i have been always been running & still doing it. feel like crying when i dont achieve things in time.Trying my best.

I agree, Ju Chee. There can be too many words, too many questions and answers rather than resting in the silence that we are. My motivation? The joy of writing and creative expression only. No results expected...
