Indeed, trust is key. I believe we often over think ideas like resilience just as you've illustrated. In the end, climate change is Real and technology can only do so much, however, building trusting lasting relationships between peoples can go a long way to ensure that at least help will be offered as more people step up across all lines to be each others keepers.
