May i be so bold as to suggest an 8th practice to a daily routine? Before you fall asleep at night, look back on your day and give gratitude for all the good things that happened, and even all the challenging things.

I can only see one comment that talks about money limiting travel? I agree, you definitely don't need to be rich to travel. I think at one point, In India my budget was £100 a month (to live very well). However, not everyone is blessed with being able to travel, regardless of money, myself now included but so happy I did when I was able to.
