I think another important element is environment. By choosing to change certain things about our environment (like the places we go to, people we hang out with, stuff we watch), we can make it much easier to create or break habits.

I can't stop crying. As a woman who never got chance to see her father, this touched me to the core. I have heard stories about my old man and Tom brings him to life with his never give up, be your best attitude. Kel is a lucky little girl. I pray she lives a happy disease-free life and makes her dad proud. Blessings to this family. Tonight I will light candle for Tom's healing. It would be great if he beat this and lived to read this touching letter on Kel's wedding day. Be blessed.
