Grace comes from your higher power- when unsure,disappointed in grief or lost in life.Open up your heart and ask in the quietness of your mind for help to love others even your enemy- and forgive them. Help will come even when in pain and grief . You will feel the love for your self re- entering your life. Bitterness ,loss and all negative emotions will slowly fade away. Give it time but build on this positive new you.
