This is absolutely true! My personal experience is that when I go on my daily walks I listen to my favourite music. It lifts up my mood, gives a sense of wellbeing and exhilaration. I walk faster and longer distance compared to when I am not with my music. Music is certainly an antidote to stress.

Deejay, I am very sorry for the death of your wife. You say " she died in the same way". and you can't forget her lost moment. I am a grief counselor and I have always heard from people that the stronger the love on this plain, the stronger the connection after passing.
