In order to give our most precious commodity – the gift of ourselves – we must let go of all that distracts us from what truly matters.

It’s so powerful. As my mom taught me: if you want to offer something to someone, do it with a light heart — it will create happiness. By letting go of a gift, you also share your love with others.
