As someone who consults with World Bank teaching presentation skills, I focus quite a lot on honoring those we serve & asking ourselves how to include locals voices much more in the process. And questioning, is there a better way to serve that breaks unhealthy systems & patriarchy & the deep downside of capitalism? 🙏
