As a descendent of ancient Celts and Lakota people, I too have arrived at a point in my own journey where the Universal Christ is still very much alive for me, but not in the institutional religion of man. I too abdicated ordination and membership in the church to pursue wholehearted anam cara and the Lakota way, yet still as Paul would say, “en Christo”.
