The Thread of My Life: Following the Heart's Wisdom

May 9, 2023-- "One of the great paradoxes of life is that we must go inward in order to find the road out of ourselves. That is what life asked me to do 15 years ago. After a long period of trying to run away from dark thoughts and feelings my body and mind collapsed. And that was the best thing that could ever happen to me! Before this breakdown I never wondered about what living really means. I just followed the rules that systems like school, family, friends and the media where showing. Little by little I woke up to a much more conscious and fulfilling life. I started to wonder again about everything around me. And I also started to question all the beliefs and ideas that blocked me from living my unique potential. Each time I dared to let go of limiting beliefs, relationships, and careers whole new levels of spontaneous living opened up to me..." Sandra Lensink left a corporate career to follow an unscripted path that led her far beyond what she originally envisioned for her life.
