Il nostro mondo è così pieno di meraviglie che ogni giorno vengono scoperti luoghi nuovi e straordinari, che siano fotografi professionisti o amatoriali. Diverse posizioni geografiche, condizioni climatiche e persino stagioni offrono la più ampia varietà di meraviglie naturali: laghi rosa, splendidi campi di lavanda o tulipani, canyon e montagne mozzafiato e altri luoghi che stentate a credere esistano davvero!
Alcune delle immagini di questa collezione ritraggono tutte le bellezze naturali che si possono ammirare viaggiando per il mondo, mentre altre hanno subito l'intervento umano – ma anche in questi casi, il risultato di tale collaborazione è spettacolare. I giapponesi hanno imparato a domare migliaia di orchidee e a creare un romantico tunnel; un'altra è stata creata in Ucraina dal passaggio di un treno; e quello che poi finisce come tè caldo nelle nostre tazze, cresce inizialmente in splendidi campi alberati in Asia.
Non c'è da stupirsi che viaggiare sia una delle migliori forme di svago: anche solo guardare queste foto trasporta la mente in luoghi lontani... E sì, tutti quei luoghi sono reali!

Beautiful photos and places but it's interesting that most are man made. Not natural. A beautiful photo of our natural world is my preference. One species repeated in a landscape is actually harmful to that land and to the beings who once lived there. Nice photos, though

Wow! These places and photos are stunning. This story inspired me to reflect on this morning in Toronto: It is grey outside and as the train silently hums towards the city I can hear the generous drops of rain falling from the tips of the surrounding trees on to the windows. A loud clap of thunder woke me up this morning, as if the day announced with unabashed grandeur, "I am here." In this moment it was hard to believe that the same voice that whispers the silent flutter of a springtime leaf can also roar with such stunning displays of electricity. Such a beautiful day on the magnificent place that we call earth.
Refreshing! Life is worth living for.
