Ulimwengu wetu umejaa maajabu sana hivi kwamba maeneo mapya na ya kustaajabisha yanagunduliwa kila siku, iwe hivyo na wapigapicha wa kitaalamu au wasioijua. Maeneo tofauti ya kijiografia, hali ya hewa na hata misimu hutoa aina pana zaidi za maajabu asilia: maziwa ya waridi, uwanja wa kuvutia wa lavender au tulip, korongo na milima inayovutia pumzi, na maeneo mengine ambayo huwezi kuamini kuwa yapo kweli!
Baadhi ya picha katika mkusanyiko huu zitakuwa za vivutio vyote vya asili unavyoweza kupata unaposafiri duniani kote, ilhali zingine zimekumbana na kuingiliwa na binadamu - lakini hata katika hali hizi, matokeo ya ushirikiano huo ni ya kuvutia. Wajapani walijifunza jinsi ya kudhibiti maelfu ya okidi na kuunda handaki ya kimapenzi kutoka kwao; nyingine ilifanyizwa kotekote huko Ukrainia na gari-moshi lililopita; na kile ambacho hatimaye huishia kuwa chai ya moto kwenye vikombe vyetu, kwanza hukua katika mashamba ya miti ya kuvutia huko Asia.
Si ajabu kwamba kusafiri katika mojawapo ya aina bora zaidi za burudani - hata kutazama picha hizi hupeleka mawazo yako maeneo ya mbali... Na ndiyo, maeneo hayo yote ni halisi!

Wow! These places and photos are stunning. This story inspired me to reflect on this morning in Toronto: It is grey outside and as the train silently hums towards the city I can hear the generous drops of rain falling from the tips of the surrounding trees on to the windows. A loud clap of thunder woke me up this morning, as if the day announced with unabashed grandeur, "I am here." In this moment it was hard to believe that the same voice that whispers the silent flutter of a springtime leaf can also roar with such stunning displays of electricity. Such a beautiful day on the magnificent place that we call earth.
