The heart is a conductor, orchestrating the rhythm of our entire being. When it falls into coherence—a steady, harmonious pattern—everything shifts: clarity replaces fog, composure replaces reactivity, and we return more easily to center when life churns around us.
But something even more profound is happening. The electromagnetic field of our heart extends beyond our skin, carrying the frequency of whatever we're feeling—anxiety or patience, resentment or compassion—into the space around us. We are always broadcasting. The question is simply: what song is your heart playing?
Love, it turns out, isn't one note but an entire octave—forgiveness, gratitude, appreciation, patience. Each can be breathed into being, quite literally, through the heart. A few conscious breaths, focused on the chest, infused with stillness or compassion, and the signal changes. The field shifts.
What are you feeding the field right now, in this moment?

Thank you so much for this article. I've been using this piece in our meditation group (before the pandemic) at the beginning of each session. It proves to be an outstanding way to sync our hearts. I use meditation for healing stuck energies from the chaos of our lives. I wrote a book on this and all the frequencies that affect our beings. It is called Evolving in Love.
Thanks and blessings!
Keep up the good Heart!
