На Землі всього чайна ложка нейтронної зірки
важить шість мільярдів тонн. Шість мільярдів тонн
дорівнює сукупній вазі кожної тварини
на землі. У тому числі комахи. Три рази.
Шість мільярдів тонн звучить неможливо
поки я не подумаю, як це - ковтати горе -
лише чайну ложку, і можна було б з’їсти
нейтронна зірка. Яке воно щільне,
як він несе в собі спогад про крах.
Як важко тоді рухатися.
Як неможливо в це повірити
міг підняти таку вагу.
Є багато причин ставитися один до одного
з великою ніжністю. Один є
справжнє диво, що ми тут разом
на планеті, оточеній вмираючими зірками.
Один полягає в тому, що ми не можемо побачити що
хтось інший проковтнув.
