Thank you Brad. My mantra is: kindness in every encounter. ♡ I've been sharing consistent random acts of kindness since 1999. ♡ A few of my favorites are:
sharing lil bottles of bubbles in unexpected places where people are often stressed like airports, doctor offices, long lines at grocery or post office.
Another is: tucking kindness notes into library books for patrons to find.
And of course, saying thank you to every worker no matter where... "thank you for stocking the shelves."
Oh and Free Hugs. From 2008 to 2020, I arranged and shared Free Hugs across the US and in 29 countries. We connected across age, beliefs, culture, gender, religion, socio economics. I'm getting my sign out again on Valentine's Day. I've shared hugs in cancer treatment centers, homeless shelters, and even at protests.

These are wonderful acts of kindness, Kristen. I love the idea of putting kindness notes into library books -- especially teens' books, because life isn't always easy for teens. Sharing bubbles and hugs are great as well. Thanks for making the world a kinder place!

Loved reading these tips! Kindness is what keeps this troubled world afloat! We never know exactly what results from an act of kindness...maybe nothing, except an inner realization that you followed through with an impulse. I think such thoughts are just little pricks we should not dismiss. From what source do they come? Not precisely sure, but I know they do come to everyone. You just have to be aware!!

I'm glad you enjoyed the tips. As you indicated, one of the wonderful things about kindness is that it helps others feel better. And, it also helps us feel better!
