ትሁት ሁን። ወደ ምድር ቅርብ ሁን. የዚህ ሕልውና አስኳል ነው፣ ተነገረኝ።
እናም፣ ለዓመታት ታግዬያለሁ፣ “ያነሰ-አይበዛም” በሚለው ዓለም ውስጥ፣ በባሕርይ፣ በአካላዊ፣ በሥነ-ልቦናዊ ሁኔታ – በሁለም መንገድ እየተሟሟቀ ነው።
ያ ስሜት በ"ተጨማሪ-ባንግ-ለእርስዎ-ባክ" ዕቅዶች፣ የሁለት ለአንድ ቅናሾች ውስጥ የመጥፋት አዝማሚያ አለው።
ለማግኘት እና ለማስፋፋት ፍላጎት ያለ ይመስላል። እና በግል እና በቁሳዊ ህይወታችን ውስጥ ብቻ አይደለም. ጀማሪዎች መመዘን ይፈልጋሉ - ይህ ለእነሱ በጣም ወሳኝ ደረጃ ነው። እንዴት እንሰፋለን? ሂደቱን ለማፋጠን እንዴት ሮቦት እናደርጋለን?
ለትርፍ ያልተቋቋሙ ድርጅቶች ሀሳቦቻቸው ፈጠራ ብቻ ሳይሆን ሊሰፋ የሚችል መሆኑን በማሳየት ለ"ተፅዕኖ" ሪፖርቶች መረጃ መሰብሰብ አለባቸው።
ለማደግ እና ከተቻለ በከፍተኛ ደረጃ ለማደግ የቁጥር ጨዋታ ነው። ይህ የስኬት ምልክት ነው - የቁጥር እድገት።
ሁሉም ነገር ሚዛን ሊኖረው ይገባል. መጠነ ሰፊነት አሁን እንደ ዘላቂነት ነው - በጣም ረቂቅ እና ውስብስብ የሆነ ሌላ ቀላል ፅንሰ-ሀሳብ።
ሆኖም፣ ቀደም ሲል ዘላቂ የነበረው እንደዚያ ሊሆን አይችልም ምክንያቱም የምንኖረው በሮለር ኮስተር ፍጥነት ነው። የትናንሽ ከተማ ንግዶች ከግዙፎቹ ጋር ይታገላሉ ምክንያቱም “መጠን” ወይም ምናልባትም የማይፈልጉት። ስለዚህ፣ እንደ ሸማቾች፣ ለአካባቢው “ብራንድ” ወይም ለኮርፖሬት እንደምንሄድ መወሰን አለብን? አንድ ወይም ሌላ ነው, ይመስላል.
ስለዚህ፣ scalability በእርግጥ ትልቅ ትኩረት ሊሆን ይገባል?
ዘላቂነት ያለው ህይወት ትንሽ ህይወት ነው. ከማህበረሰቡ ጋር፣ ከምድር ጋር፣ እርስ በርስ የሚስማሙ ህይወት ናቸው። ሚዛኑን የጠበቀ ህይወት እራሳችንን ከራሳችን በላይ እንድናራዝም ይፈልጋል።
በአሁኑ ጊዜ፣ ለትርፍ ያልተቋቋመ ትልቅ እርዳታ እንዲያገኝ፣ ሞዴሉ 250,000 ለሚሆኑ የአካባቢው ነዋሪዎች ብቻ የሚተገበር ሳይሆን ሚሊዮኖችን የመድረስ አቅም ያለው መሆኑን ማስረዳት አለበት። ለሎስ አንጀለስ ውስጠ-ከተማ ብቻ ሳይሆን ለዲትሮይትም ተስማሚ ነው። በድርቅ በተጠቃው የአፍሪካ የሳህል ክልል ብቻ ሳይሆን በምእራብ ህንድ ደረቅ ምድርም አሳማኝ ነው።
አንድ ቬንቸር ስኬታማ የሚሆነው ከማህበረሰቡ አልፈው የመሄድ አቅም ካለው፣ በመቶዎች፣ ሺዎች፣ ካልሆነ በሚሊዮን የሚቆጠሩ ህይወት ላይ ተጽዕኖ የማድረግ አቅም ካለው። ንግድ ሥራ ስኬት ተብሎ የሚጠራው ቅርንጫፍ ሲኖረው ነው።
ልኬት ሁላችንም ልንመኘው የሚገባ ነው። ኢንቨስተሮች የሚፈልጉት ያ ነው፣ ያንን ነው እርዳታ ሰጪዎች የሚፈልጉት፣ ስራ ፈጣሪዎች የሚፈልጉት ይህንን ነው።
ግን፣ እራሳችንን መጠየቅ አለብን፣ ለዚህ ሁሉ ገደብ አለ ወይ? መጠነ ሰፊነት በእርግጥ ችግሮቻችንን ይፈታልን? የአካባቢ ችግሮችን በራሳቸው ልዩ በሆነ መንገድ እየፈቱ የተለያዩ የማህበራዊ ኢንተርፕራይዞች መኖር አይቻልም? አንድ የንግድ ድርጅት በአካባቢው/በክልል ደረጃ ከአካባቢው ማህበረሰብ፣ ከሀብቱ፣ ከግብርናው፣ ከሰብአዊ ሀብቱ እየበለፀገ፣ እድገቱን ሊያቋርጥ አይችልም ወይ?
በመላ አገሪቱ በምትኩ ጥቃቅን ኢንተርፕራይዞች ሊባዙ አይችሉም? አንድ ማዕከላዊ የማምረቻ እና የአገልግሎት ክፍል ከመያዝ ይልቅ ትናንሽ፣ የበለጠ አካታች ሥነ-ምህዳሮችን መፍጠር አንችልም?
ለምሳሌ፣ ባለፈው ዓምድ ላይ፣ ስለሳይክል ቡና ኩባንያ በሳንፍራንሲስኮ ጽፌ ነበር። ቡናውን በእጁ ጠብሶ በብስክሌት ለማቅረብ ወሰነ። ያም ማለት እስካሁን ድረስ ብቻ ሊሄድ ይችላል - ጥጃዎቻቸው እስከሚፈቅዱላቸው ድረስ.
ነገር ግን ኩባንያው ቀደም ሲል በአለም አቀፍ ቬንቸር ቀርቧል, በንግድ ሞዴላቸው ወደ አለም ከተሞች በመጋበዝ. ስለዚህ፣ ይለካሉ ወይንስ ወደ ቤይ አካባቢ ይቆያሉ?
እዚህ መመዘኛ የንግድ ሞዴሉን ከአካባቢያዊ ቡድን፣ ከክልላዊ ሀብቶች ጋር መፍጠር እና በዙሪያው ያለውን ባህል መሳብ ማለት ሊሆን ይችላል። በሚሄዱበት ቦታ የተለያዩ ፊቶችን የሚሰጡ ጥቃቅን ኢንተርፕራይዞችን መፍጠር ነው. ምንም ማዕከላዊ ምንጭ, ምንም ማዕከላዊ ምርት የለም. ግን አሁንም ሚዛን አለዎት?
እራሳችንን ማቆም እንችላለን? እራሳችንን ማገድ እንችላለን? ብንችል እንኳን፣ ነፃ ቢሆንም፣ በራችን ላይ ተቀምጦ እንኳን። ዞር ማለት እንችላለን? አዲስ ሚዛን መገንባት እንችላለን - ትንሽ ፣ የበለጠ ትሑት ፣ አቧራማ ሚዛን ከምድር ሻካራነት ፣ ከጎረቤቶቻችን ትግል ጋር ፣ በተሸፈነው መሬት ወሰን ውስጥ?
ወደ ውስጥ የሚመለከቱ ህልሞች ሊኖረን ይችላል ፣ እራሳችንን እና እርስ በእርስ ያለንን ትስስር ወደ ውጭ ከማስፋት ይልቅ?
ምናልባት ይህ ማለት እድገትን እንደገና ማሰብ አለብን ማለት ነው.

Truly agree with this post. It is time to rethink and look for the scale inwards.
Love this post - I really agree that scale is not always feasible and perhaps should not be so celebrated. Making a true and deep impact in 1 community can sometimes be harder than making a superficial impact on a large scale (which is what often happens). It becomes more about the outputs than the impact.
Under the present condition, it's way to late to SCALE BACK. The world is on a roller coaster ride to bigness. :(

I think there is a lack of understanding. It was yesterday i said
everything are agreeable. Take that easy and once problem is solved, let
it be solved.
Let us move forward, where is the problem then? Such problems are
easily solved face to face because anything relating with feelings, it
is better to meet formally.
I am more skilled face to face if I don't fear. You just feel something
wasn't meant what it looked and then anger should not make you.

Diversity means an ecosystem is healthy. Diversity in de-centralized small scale enterprises would expand our ability to imagine and create as we are inspired by that which is different and soon bored by replications That would give us humans a chance to grow mentally, spiritually, open our sights and free our potentials.
The sustainable model is smaller but dustier? I think not, this isn't a backwards scaling this is conscious intent. The oversized lumbering corporate model is the dustiest for it is based on old science of compete and dominate. That premise supported "winner take all: attitudes that pushed the growth buttons. Now we have scientific evidence of our errors.
Cooperation, collaboration, whole systems health and welfare connected, interrelated patterns that are designed to expand stimulate possibilities. Instead we appear as stunned by a cancer "we" set loose to control the global economy and it is proving deadly.
The dis-ease is fed by a banking system run like a game of musical chairs, (more lose so fewer can win, until yup winner take all aka a nihilist prospect) So "they who were given the privilege to create money (debt) -have abused the privilege and our blind obedience to the dharma of growth is making us ill and shallow... how sad.
What has real value? Let us concentrate on building that up. Each community, group or person can stand up for that thing, action idea. Make noise, art, sing talk about the real stuff and engage others in the "change." . As we learn to help and trust each other we will start to feel healthier, stronger, more alive. The dis-ease will not thrive without our energy. Putting our energy into alternative paths, building for life, seeking to thrive and nurture everyone's potential will change everything else. We find what we seek, no?
